Sometimes there are really big talents and truly gifted ones in this world.. than there are really huge talents - exceptions and extreme enthusiasts - hard working for years... than there are legends...big names...and than - there are true "Gods" walking among Men.. Very usually unrecognized and totally unknown.. Let me please introduce one such ANOMALY to you NOW - Mr. Andrey Smaev from Russia.
He doesnt have social media, instagram, facebook, training programs etc. and he doesnt wish any of that. As 13 years old kid he already bench pressed 140kg and he truly lives by training with full fire straight out of his soul! Blessed with beyond exceptional physical strength and beastmode mindset - he is yet one of the most humble and positive people that I know. He never planned to have video like this and he never did this for competition or "beating" others - he just lives that for himself and tries to keep growing and improving every single session - as hard to understand as it is - thats the plain truth. Let him motivate you like he motivated me myself... I am still shocked. Dont forget that no matter how strong you think you are there is always someone stronger out there.. May his fire ignites the best in you all. Eternal respect to you Andrey..

Not only the Russia. Calisthenics movement is very popular in Eastern Europe. Because there is a lot of old training grounds left from former Soviet Union. Now im moved to United Kingdom, and there is no free way to do Calisthenics here. Sad.

@@OdinsKoch It's more likely that he trains more bench and pull up strenght. The guy does reps with +140 kg added on him with pull ups. You really think after all of this he puts much effort to squatting and deadlifting? Most elite calisthenic guys can barely squat 120 kg deadlift 150 kgs becouse they spent so much time doing other things

@turk turklington as far as his squat goes, his form is absolutely terrible for powerlifting. his knees are shooting forward before his hips move back and his knees are going past his toes. he's doing more of a squat on his quads, rather than the powerlifting way to sit into the squat.

In all honesty. This guy is arguably the strongest guy I've ever seen. To me this is far impressive than being a champion powerlifter or strongman. This guy has all round versatility. He can go to a calisthenics street tournament, and win that... A powerlifting tournament, and with a bit more training, win it with ease, the guy benches like 265kg at 120kg bodyweight which is disgustingly brilliant. He even has the genetics clearly to do bodybuilding if he wanted to. All this while coming from a poor background in a Russian village. Quite surreal to say the least. Bear in mind that this guy is on a lot lower doses of gear than the big fitness influencer names, and is 10x more impressive than them, and I believe is 22-23 years old... wtf. And to top it off, retaining his humility and kindness from the sounds of it. Absolute respect to this man, and thank you Adam for giving him his deserved attention.

@@jakeragsdale According to the prominent Byzantine historian Procopius of Caesarea, every year starting from the early period of Emperor Justinian’s reign (527 AD), the Slavs raided and took many captives and turned the land into a “Scythian desert.” Greek writers depicted the Slavs as those “who cannot be forced into slavery or subjugated in their own country.” Hence, it might be hard to imagine how the word “Slav” originated from “slaves.”

That's a shocking amount of strength, it will take some time to sink in. It's hard to fake being able to do multiple one arm pull ups and front lever rows while having the physique of a powerlifter, so I can see the weights being legit. Thank you for revealing this outstanding human to the world. I'm curious what other calisthenic movements he's capable of.

This guy might be a pure example of some serious physical genetic gifts (akin to Eddie Halls MSTN "Hercules" gene). Might have some myostatin inhibition and serious Central Nervous System power output, this is ridiculous.
@dctPL
@dctPL 4 жыл бұрын
Dude, Hall has no MSTN gene. He is a megalomaniac that says anything to get people's attention. There are very few people with MSTN gene and all of them are exceptionally massive in terms of muscle mass from the very first day of their life. Hall did not look like a kid on roids, hence he has no MSTN gene. All his gains are due to extensive use of steroids and spending shitload of time in the gym.

dctPL Nah he really has it. He doesn‘t have the full gene missing, but only one copy of the gene (instead of the usual two) which means his body just produces less myostatin compared to those gigantic cattle and dog breeds for example which have both missing.
