I definitely agree that Polkadot's death is horrible and deaths should've been better. But, according to James Gunn, the original script had Ratcatcher2 die, which would be even worse than Polkadot's honestly. It could've been done better though.

From what I’m guessing at the end when you where name dropping good dc movies you thought the Snyder cut was good but I wouldn’t mind to see what you liked and didn’t like from this movie. Your overall review of it. You don’t have to but I’d like to know.

Most of the people I've seen reviewing this are either upset that it's a comic book movie that feels like something right out of the Silver Age or are people who just want to boycott it because of James Gunn being the director. It's refreshing to see that I'm not the only one who actually ENJOYED this movie. Sure, it has its flaws [ex. Thinker is just there for exposition, Harley plot armor], but I feel like the positives outweigh most of them.
