Our 30 minute Catholic Mass is broadcast from the Basilica’s Crypt Church and is celebrated by priests from the Archdiocese of Washington and the Diocese of Arlington, featuring sacred liturgical music with a Cantor & Organist from the Choir of The Basilica. The Christmas Mass and the Easter Mass are special one-hour broadcasts celebrated annually by the bishops of the corresponding diocese.
Our mission is to bring the blessings of Jesus Christ’s presence and love, through our broadcast, to the sick and those unable to leave their homes. So great to see your beautiful smile and hear your beautiful voice. You must sing first soprano. I sing first soprano too. God willing I will come to your parish My prayer intention for Sunday please pray for my friend Katie her mom was in hospital last night because she was feeling very well. Back in May she was diagnosed with cancer. The cancer has spread through her whole body now. They brought back to hospital again late last night because she was in terrible pain. They are going to make her feel comfortable and provide for some pain medication to make her comfortable there is nothing they can do. 😢
