Up the Ladder to the Roof and this song proved that The Supremes without La Ross could have been HUGE had Motown given proper support. Actually, it Proves that The Supremes Without Diana WERE ABSOLUTELY HUGE AND POWERFUL...Until Some jealousy AT MOTOWN manipulated a Withdrawal of Support strategically to make it LOOK as if they were not successful and became unimportant, which was the COMPLETE Opposite! There was NO lack of success on Any point until the "hands" got into the "closet", and pulled their plug, (behind the Closed Door...) and then turned off Their Neon supply, and forged a SUDDEN cut off from their producer who was the wind in their bag as HDH was for the original! THIS WAS HISTORY in the Continuance, or even REMAKING that SHOULD'VE been, and stifled, that all involved WILL Give Account for... "in the day"!

Englewood, NJ: I was just at ShopRite, a very large grocery chain. They play these songs on the loud speaker constantly. The cashiers are about 18 years old. Imagine if when we were 18 and at work, our workplace played songs that were 55 years old. I am 67, when I was 18 was there even recorded music from 55 years earlier? When I was in high school 1970-74, any 1950s song sounded old to me. Elvis might as well have been 90 as far as I was concerned with the exception of any hits he went on to make in my day. I thought music began with the instrumental "Theme from a Summer place," followed by the Four Seasons, and then the Beatles and Motown and you know the rest...
