Made of Alaskan yellow cedar glulam timbers-one of the most durable wood species in the world, perfect for the outdoor environment-and locally sourced black locust decking, this timber frame observation tower was a dream come true for our customer in Greenwich, CT. From the top of the 24' tower, you can see Long Island Sound and New York City. Our crew had a ton of fun designing, building, and raising this unique project and we can’t wait for the next one!

You should have ran a nut down on each bolt in the concrete, then a washer, then the tower feet, then another washer and bolt. Crazy the fine tuning you can do with plumb, at time of build and 20 years later just by adjusting those nuts. Then when you get it perfect, you’ll grout underneath in the gap. Been building water towers for 25 years.

Curious if the Tower belongs to the house on the hill? If so, the Top still appears to be lower than the House itself and would have been better up on top of the hill by the house.

No, the tower doesn't belong to the house on the hill, thus the location on the highest point of the property.
