这个动作看着简单,但真做起来真的不一般,我腰部有些腰椎盘突出,今天试着做了一下,居然左右转体的时候都会腰部抽筋,坚持又作了几组,腰部疼痛明显减缓了,我估计套动作不光可以拉伸上肢经络,还可以帮助拉伸腰部的经络,对腰椎盘突出都有一定疗效,谢谢大伟哥的分享
