Recipe and ingredients
Recipe 1:
00:00 Cut salmon into pieces.
00:05 I first removed the skin from the fish.

00:51 Chop 5 garlic cloves.

Salmon.
Separate the skin from the fish.
Salt and pepper the fish.
Fry the fish on both sides.
Remove fish from pan.
Cook spaghetti until cooked through.
3 cloves of garlic.
20 small tomatoes.
Add olive oil to the pan.
Sauté the garlic over high heat.
Red pepper.
Tomato paste 1 tsp/ Dry white wine 50 ml.
Add tomatoes.
Capers 1 tbsp.
Add spaghetti.
Mix well with the sauce.
Basil.
Parmesan.
Put the fish back in the pan.

Salmon.
Salt and pepper the fish on both sides.
Let the fish marinate.
5 small peppers, peeled and chopped.
Cut 3 small zucchini into pieces.
1 broccoli.
Place the vegetables in the mold.
2 cloves of garlic.
Salt and pepper the vegetables.
Provencal herbs.
Parmesan 2 tbsp.
Olive oil.
In the oven/20 minutes/200°C/400°F.
Avocado oil for frying.
Fry the fish on both sides.
Until golden brown.
Remove vegetables from oven.
Place the fish in the mold.
In the oven/10 minutes/200°C/400°F.
Sauce for fish.
Butter 50 g.
2 cloves of garlic.
Dijon mustard 1 tsp.
Heavy cream 250 ml.
Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
Pepper and salt to taste.
Cook over low heat for 7 minutes.
