INGREDIENTS:
3 chicken breasts
Salt and black pepper
1/4 cup / 30g flour
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Red-pepper flakes
1 cup / 240 ml low-sodium chicken stock
1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil
Fresh basil
3/4 cup / 180 ml heavy cream
1/2 cup / 45g grated Parmesan

Made this today (1/28/2024) and it was delicious! I served it over potatoes (because I have a potato loving family 😊) with green beans. I substituted chicken broth for the stock because that's what I had added baby bella mushrooms. I also added Poultry seasoning to my chicken. This was such an easy and delicious recipe. Enjoyed it very much. 😋❤️

I make this dish but add onions with the garlic and saute then add spinach to the cream. I don't like tomatoes so I don't add that. I use heavy whipping cream it is the best recipe I have ever made! Also can add white cooking wine with the sauce for a more flavorful experience. Rice on the side and Bam-awesome!

You're such a delicate cook. Everything is handled so sensitively & carefully. I like this recipe, but I think I'll replace the sundried tomatoes with mushrooms. Always loved mushrooms with chicken. I think it will go REALLY well with the cream also. Yum!
