Each of the three motors make around 340 hp. The traction control can manage everything so infinitely more precisely than can an ICE automobile and likely plays a role in protecting the simple individual gear drives and axles. Take a look at the Plaid tear-down on KZfaq that Monroe and Associates did and you will see how elaborate the whole drive train has been built. The drive train is almost jewelry quality, even though the bodywork fit and finish is only mediocre….

Great review. I came from a Model 3 LR, and now have a Plaid. I agree 100% in regards to the M3LR. I really liked the car, but I HATED the insane road and wind noise in that car. That was also my biggest complaint. Also it was a bit too low, and I didn't like that it only had one screen. I agree that the road noise in MSP is good, materials are so much nicer (even though the design is very similar) and obviously it rides much better due to the air suspension. Love my MSP. Best DD IMHO.

I have driven across the country several times in my Tesla. Can easily do 800 miles in a day while enjoying the ride and charging for 30 min for a quick break or eat every few hours. Engineering explained even has a video doing 1k miles in a day during daylight hours. These charge fast. At this point, the haters are merely making themselves looks completely stupid with such ignorant posts.

@ppedsscatty6161
@ppedsscatty6161 Жыл бұрын
@justsomeguy6474 I know how real superchargers work in actual muscle cars... not these stupid EV vehicles that only snowflakes want. Ohhhh I can plug a car in like a remote controlled car... in my car I can sit at a gas station for 2 minutes and ready to go. I also don't have to rely on child slavery to mine the minerals for my battery and also the 200-300% more in carbon emissions to produce an electric car. These tesla cars aren't nearly as clean as you think they are. Where do you think the electric comes from to charge these cars? From power plants causing carbon emissions. Think before you reply on how "clean" your s..tbox car is.
@ppedsscatty6161
@ppedsscatty6161 Жыл бұрын
@shou635 not one thing you can tell me is going to want me to switch to EV and especially Tesla. There are multiple videos showcasing the poor built quality, Elon Musk your lord and savior supports child labor for mining the materials required for the battery, and what happens to those batteries when they are depleted? They can't be reused already admitted by Musk so they sit in a battery graveyard leaking the materials into the environment. In addition, not one single iotta of EV vehicle is helping the irreversible harm we have done to the environment already. What has already been depleted of the ozone layer can't be replaced. Those are science facts.
@ppedsscatty6161
@ppedsscatty6161 Жыл бұрын
@justsomeguy6474 Your Tesla POS is destroying the planet as well, you are just too ignorant to notice. EV vehicles cause 200-300% more carbon emissions than an ICE vehicle to produce. The cobalt and other materials are mined by children in Africa slave labor in mines that are unsafe and people are killed daily just so you can drive around in your Tesla thinking you are helping save the planet. The depletion of the ozone layer already done is not replaceable, that is a science fact. You are just a lemming doing what Elon Musk tells you to do and since he is the biggest douche in the world also has the government in his pocket. The government isn't controlled by the people, its controlled by whoever has the biggest pockets and able to tell the government what to do, hence Elon telling the government to sign a bill to make more EV vehicles which are still killing the environment. Like I said, I am not going to be convinced to switch over to an EV and I am not the only one. They can pry the key fob of my ICE car outta my cold dead hands. That's the only way the lying controlling government is taking my ICE car. F Elon Musk and F your no vagina getting Tesla

HAHA, says you? Pathetic that people comment on stuff they have no clue about. No, it does not loose performance after many stronger pulls. You will get tiered before the car has problems. Brakes are a problem if you constantly, without a pause, do hard acceleration, brake, hard acceleration, brake. That's not what you do on the road. Pollute absurdly? Go read up on scientific papers about the matter. This is ALSO incorrect. Stop spreading false information.
