One of my favorite shooters, which applies to what he's saying about single player titles vs live service, is the original Star Wars Battlefront II. The game offers a faux multiplayer experience, letting you fire at NPCs instead of active players if you would rather not, don't have Internet, or for any other reason, so even though you're playing the game very similarly to a multiplayer game, the game can never die for someone because you can always start up the game on your own. It's not dependent on the servers being up, or the number of players. I love a number of other video games that are online based, like Sea of Thieves and a couple MMOs, but I have to acknowledge that they're inevitably going to die, and I likely will reach a point where I can never play them again, because all online-only games will die eventually.

Johnny is probably the best Sawyer to play in the game. But yeah, the survivors are the best to play.

Nah im with you one wishing it didnt need to be multiplayer. Just waiting for the day we actually get single player slasher horror games. Also im glad you agree that resident evil 7 is basically texas chainsaw massacre. People would get so upset with me when id bring that up.

If youre haveing a hard time with family I would recommend Hitchhiker. His power is simple and he has the most chase potential in the game

OK, I can see three solutions to making the sawyers actually good. Now the first solution is the easiest one and really easy to implement have it where there's automatically computer players selected if you don't have enough people to play the family! I think this would make already a great extender for certain gameplay scenarios other games with multiplayers have this setup heck I hear that Overwatch one had it I don't know if two does I'm not playing either one! Second maybe add a feature family competitiveness? I'm not really sure how else to describe it it's just picture gimli and legolas's kill counter only between the family and actually being dark and not the fun thing that it was in Lord of the rings. Third maybe add in some cosmetics that might encourage more replay. Look I'm scraping out the barrel I know you're not actually a designer of the game so I'm just hoping that one of the designers is reading this as well! Speaking of can you guys please come back for the next spin-off racing game even for Sonic I really would like it to be better? And also add a difficulty setting for the story mode I still can't beat the racing story mode for the later team racing one I might have to sit down and watch a let's play of it so I can get the full story. Maybe I'll just find someone who does a compilation of all the cutscenes?
