Pastors should preach faithfully and then rest contentedly well at night. Why? Because Jesus teaches us that it is God’s Word that does the work. Christians may be the means, but not the way, similar to sowing and reaping. The essential elements of resting content include: humility, obedience, diligence, and confidence.

I love Pastor John Macarthur's preaching/ teaching. I'm in Perth Western Australia, I know alot of people watch his messages. His teaching makes sense, is alive. I learn something every time I listen to him. Bless you, keep going.

Praise God for a pastor who is not ashamed to preach the gospel. The true gospel. I am still looking for a church a true and unashamed pastor who does not care about the world but Christ crucified. Alot of the churches Don't even read from the Bible. No Holy spirit in these churches so sad. I have been watching pastor John. I know he speaks from the Bible and is a instrument of the true GOD. THANK YOU😂

Don’t give up. Keep searching. I visited 4 churches in the last 2 and a half years looking like you. Really bad experiences. I have found a Bible based church that is true to gospel. Keep asking. Keep seeking.Keep knocking. God bless you.

John was very instrumental in my seeking salvation. His radio program is a mission in itself. It was from him speaking the Truth not from talking me into it. The words of the Lord woke me up and the Holy Spirit drew me.

My own thought is, that for anyone ever to believe that the success of one thing depends on the failure of another is already lost. I'm already a failure, I'm already lost. What do I need you for? If I didn't need you to fail, I never needed you to succeed. I'm a little drunk..but maybe I'm more coherent then I've ever been...pay me formy wisdom..😅

Jesus came for you. He took everything bad in you and all that bad stuff he took to the Cross and died. Then he walked out of His grave and took His place in heaven at the right hand of God. You can change all that failure in your life and turn it all around. I believe that. Just believe. Jesus never turns away anyone who seeks Him. ❤🙏

MacArthur denies the words of Jesus Christ Himself in Rev. 22:17, when our Lord states very clearly, " and whosoever will."

He needs to come to the Point! Does he or does he not believe in a Hell and a Lake of Fire with ETERNAL PUNISHMENT for those who do not overcome? REVELATIONS 3:5 THOSE THAT DO NOT OVERCOME THEIR NAMES SHALL BE BLOTTED OUT OF THE BOOK OF LIFE! THE BOOK OF LIFE IS WHERE THE SAVED ARE LISTED! BLOTTED OUT: TO BE BLOTTED OUT YOU HAD TO BE IN THE BOOK OF LIFE! THE INDIVIDUAL CHOOSES AND WALKS AWAY FROM GOD AND THEIR NAME IS BLOTTED OUT OF THE BOOK OF LIFE! There is clear scripture for eternal secure salvation. John 6:44-47. God gives us to Jesus, Jesus does not lose one, He will raise us up in the last days. He will give us eternal life. What does “eternal life” mean to you?

That’s not true. Book of John, Jesus and the Vine. You will be cut off of the vine if not producing fruit.

Eternal life means after bodily death the spirit lives in heaven or hell so no that does not guarantee salvation

It also says in scripture not to become a judge for you yourself will be judged the same way. That’s why MacCarthur is reverent to the Lord to let Him make the judgment

Revelation is not plural so you're showing a lack of knowledge posting this. It is THE Revelation of Jesus Christ. one revelation/ one Christ. This is vital to understanding Revelation.

I use to admire and listen to John MacArthur all the time; but lately it seems he is showing signs of becoming very proud and dogmatic. As if he has the answer to everything. The reality is no one does. I think he has taken the place of Hank Hanegraaff, the “Bible answer man”. There are six words that every Christian, especially in ministry, needs to say to remain humble. I was wrong. I don’t know.
