This understanding has made all the differance for me. Tying it into the flight fight freeze responce was brillant. Ive been intergrating this into my life n it has opened up my understanding in helping ppl process difficult emotions. Trauma in addiction is HUGE. I think that the ego appears to be our enemy because it’s our interface with what we call the physical reality. Ego is the brain and since it’s physical it’s strives to preserve the physical reality. Thus people have thoughts that are counterproductive. The ego is a product of the creator and should be educated or else it turns into an out of control child. Approaching the ego as your arch nemesis causes it to become rebellious.

Regarding the second belief (chasing outcomes in order to find happiness), for me personally, its less about a particular outcome, and more about the joy I experience when I realize that the universe has my back. I think this is why I focus on the emotion or feeling attached to a realized outcome when I do manifest meditations, rather than the outcome itself.

The desire to want no problems is already a problem in itself. The right desire would be to not be bothered by problems... and you will be happy surrounded by problems. So fear and hate you will overcome the moment you dont care or stop beliving you are mortal or it matter... you are infinite and eternal and nothing matter, everything is already perfect. And problems are there by a divine reason.

You correct the ego by service to others. In everything you do and everything you say ask yourself if this is for the greater good of humanity. Do this, even if its something as small as “should I eat this banana or this chip”. Eating the banana is better for humanity because if I am healthier then I can serve humanity in whatever way God has designed. Service to others and loving and trusting God above all else heals humanity. We suffer when we are not being useful to humanity, and instead caring more about ourselves. We are suffering because we are concerned about ourselves more than others. If you are sad, go do something for someone else and you’re instantly cured in that moment. Keep doing this and you will be in the kingdom of heaven here on earth because God is pure love and service to others, period.

The control bit is more like I am life and so it’s not really about control or not. I do have control over what I believe , beyond that I understand there is no control .

I have a question about the feeling of lack and how to deal with it when it is so intense because it is lack of love from nuclear family/ betrayal. I know you have mentioned how you’ve dealt with family shunning you for questioning your old beliefs. Can I ask how you have dealt with this ? I am going through something similar. I have lack of love from nuclear family and I am trying to regain my inner power and not continue living inside this lack that creates a world of suffering for me. ♥️

There is only one foundation of ego... belief in separation that why we feel fear... sadness and anger are just variations of fear. There are quite a number of negative emotions (that are just basically fear but different flavor) like jealousy, frustration, pride, shame and guilt. However, it is correct to say that responses of the ego are basically three, which are fight, flight or freeze.

Ive been in fight or flight since early childhood which has led to chronic pain for over forty year's, i have very little control of my emotions and I'm constantly triggered my mind wont let go of anything negative i have flashbacks constantly and i dont know how to make them stop.

I get confused with.... Free will and the ability to create my own reality. Is the not expecting a desired outcome, in alignment with knowing that we already have something? As in, the feeling of the wish fulfilled within us? There is no lack because I have it now..... And then the item manifests in the third dimension.

Hey Aaron, so when someone has actual panic attacks, and they have the fear from loss of control, how do you explain it, so they quit having them??? Do you say you never had control to begin with… Do you explain your part of the Creator, and always have Control… she thinks she has no control over her panic attacks, but I think it's all in her ego. Meaning she doesn't understand who she is yet. Any ideas on how I can help her get past this? Have you done any videos just on panic attacks? And how someone could deal with them? What if you miss a certain person that you can’t get to? Like my friend sad that he misses his 5 year old son while he waits in immigration paperwork? This lack is not because he’s not giving… perhaps he just needs to feel the sadness until it passes?
