SGA spreads positive vibes to his team by staying calm and not whining. Luka complains all the time for calls even when Dort is playing good defense. Complaining all the time spreads a negative message to the rest of the team. Even though Luka for now is a better player than SGA, SGA is proving to be the better leader and better teammate. Doncic also yells at his teammates for messing up at times, while SGA is patient and stays poised throughout the game.

In the 4th qtr when things got testy and Mavs went to shoot FT’s, Shai literally grabbed his guys and calmed them down from going at each other. The cameras didn’t catch it but Shai straight up brought his dad energy and kept everyone in line

As a mavs fan Luka pissed me tf off tonight. 7 turnovers, bad shot selection, and bitching at every twist and turn. honestly reminded me of harden which isnt a good thing at all. I get you're hurt pretty bad and are dogging it out but that doesn't excuse poor decision making to that degree, or missed free throws either. A couple less turnovers and 70% of our free throws made equals us winning the game

Hanging court to bitch & moan is not only a distraction, not only doesn't motivate the team, he can't get back in D. Luka mentally takes himself out of the game when he does that, & when Kai isn't on fire to bail them out, they lose.

This is exactly what happened in the clippers series. Everybody thought the Clippers had it in the bag going back to LA. The mavs only lost this game by 4. Luka and Kyrie COMBINED FOR TWENTY SEVEN. No fucking shot they repeat such a miserable performance. Series is over in 6 for the Mavs.

Free throws killed js but also this is pretty easily Luka’s worst stretch of basketball of his whole career. Regular season or playoffs. Don’t even think his rookie year has a stretch like this efficiency wise. We MIGHT be able to get by OKC with Luka playing like this but no chance we get past DEN/MIN next round. Sucks this is the best team Luka has had but gets injured at the worst possible time. Maybe next year I guess.

As a rockets fan I was a bit pissed the Thunder got Cason this past draft I was pretty high on him because of his shooting and his ability as a combo guard. If we didn’t make it to four and had Amen he was one of the players I wanted in Houston. He had a solid rookie season and he was one of the reasons OKC won the game. He going to be a good player for them for a long time if they don’t trade him for a star and I hate that we have to deal with OKC for the next five plus years 🥲

@@Bajablasted0 I went frame by frame, they touch it on the same frame but JDub's hands were moving significantly faster so, to my eye, he touched it first for sure. The refs exuse was he never had control in the first place which is hilarious, as he took a dribble and was about to take a jumper when he fumbled it - more importantly they have access to higher fps replays, meaning they would've told us about Lively touching it first if he did

Refs kept OKC in this game in 2nd and 3rd quarter, Shai was amazing, Dallas chose the wrong time to cool off offensively and they missed way too many FTs. OKC should never win this game after how it was going... Also, Luka was subpar today, way too many turnovers, bad shot selection, too much complaining, even though the officiating was bad just like every game so far.

Thunder barely did anything. The Mavs just totally shit themselves. Lukas whining ass would have been benched on any other team at any level for having that kind of attitude for a game. Not a good look for someone who’s supposed to be one of the best players in the world.
