@@Ultra_YT_ well it makes sense since we only see them being use by the enterprise e so most of us usually assume that they're everywhere, but the its been like 20 years from first contact so i would think that they would've adopted quantum torpedos more widely, not to mention transphasic torpedo from voyager.

@@Keryaken133 There’s a similar situation with the transphasic torpedos from the USS Voyager that weren’t a standard (as well) and could’ve been pretty useful in the USS Titan-A or USS Enterprise-D against the Shrike or the Borg. However, somehow starfleet standard weapons continue to be Photon torpedos and phasers, even in the Protostar we see the same weapons by a series of starfleet ships. I guess since they are pretty overpowered, they aren’t delivered to every ship since they are not designed for war, but exploration… and then is the inquiry class lmao (USS Zheng He)
