Here are the best foods to eat if you are constipated. Not only are these foods fiber rich, but they are exactly what your body needs in terms of ingredients and how they are made. It's important to know all about the foods you put in your body, and how they not only affect constipation, but other areas of health to. Red lentil stew:
1 medium size onion, finely diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoons red curry paste
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 can full fat coconut milk
1 quart bone broth
2 tablespoons coconut cream
Juice of half a lime
Ghee
Salt & pepper
Preheat a pot over medium heat with 2 tablespoons of ghee then add the onions, 1/4 teaspoon salt, couple cracks of pepper. Cook for 6 minutes then add the garlic and cook another 3 minutes. Add the ginger, curry powder, turmeric, and cook for 2 minutes. Add the red curry paste, tomato paste and cook for 1 minute. Wash the lentils and add to the pot, cook for 30 seconds then add the coconut milk, bone broth, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and bring to a low simmer. Cover the pot and cook for 20 minutes then check for seasoning. You may need more salt, but remember you are adding lime juice later, and you may need more bone broth.
After 30 minutes, take the lid off and if the lentils are too liquidy, keep cooking with lid off until it thickens to your desired consistency. Turn the heat off and add the coconut cream, a squeeze of lime juice, and check for seasoning. Serve and enjoy!

Magnesium Citrate saline liquid (it's a watery liquid, affordable...about $1 a bottle, grocery or pharmacy shelf) Works very well! Also, 'ground' flaxseed (grocery or health food store, pretty affordable) Use daily on oats, soups, etc, I put in health smoothies. Has a nutty taste. Naturally provides your Omegas and and some essential fatty acids too!

Highly recommend a squatty potty and this wasn’t mentioned in the video, but beets would be great as well. Beets help with liver support, and the liver is one our body’s main detoxification organs.

Psyllium husk fiber works for sure but you sure better be drinking a lot and I mean a lot of water with it because if it gets bound up in your colon, you’re not going to be happy

Dalia or broken wheat is really good in case slow bowl movement. It looks somewhat like bulgar but is not at all processed. One can cook it with milk like a porridge or even savory with veggies. Spices and herbs.

Okay..so quick question...if you need to soak Chia seeds to get rid of lectins so you make Chia seed pudding... aren't the lectins in the milk they are soaked in? I guess I don't understand where or what happens to the lectins. Can you explain?

Psyllium seed is very good for constipation. The best relief for constipation is exercise and getting very hydrated, also leaving the meat and going high in fiber foods. But psyllium husk powder is very good. Remember to stay hydrated and good exercise!

Thank you! When I started eating keto, I was constipated all the time. I once went four days without “going”. I’m on a low-sugar, semi-keto diet now and I “go” one or two times a day. My body loves beans, oats and other foods. I will go back to the keto WOE once the quarantine ends. I will save and use this video for reference.
