Dude's a Menace no lie but definitely not one of my favorites. Puts all of his time and energy into making Barry's realities a living hell, I didn't just say life because that's not a good enough answer this dude devoted his entire existence making Barry Allen's existence miserable like I never seen anyone hate someone that hardcore in all my life it's kinda ridiculous especially the lengths he's willing to go through just to ultimately destroy his very existence like if you ain't a speedster and upset him to the point he's annoyed he'll stop you from being born.

Vader deserves #1. Not only because he’s so badass but the pain Anakain went through to become Vader. Lose so many things and lose what he was switching to the dark side for. He killed his mace.
