100 random N64 games in 20 minutes. Note that this list is in alphabetical order.
Showcasing the best of the system ... as well as a few hidden gems ...and some best-selling but mediocre titles.
This is a remake of one of the earlier videos on this channel. There were some notable omissions (and puzzling additions) on that other video - and so now, several years, I'm returning to it and hopefully making it better.
Fun question: if Nintendo gets around to making a N64 Mini, which 20 games would you want to see on it? Post your answer in the comments!

Note: there is an error with the numbering on this video. Majora's Mask and Ocarina of time should be #41 and 42 respectively. Thanks @tiffany starr for pointing this out!

Super video Gary! For me, 5th gen will always be best gen. I've been doing a deep dive into my 5th gen collection during quarantine times, just now working my way through 1996 so will pull out the N64 soon. This list has definitely given me a few ideas! I have a few enjoyable games that aren't on this list, but the one I'd call out is Gauntlet Legends which is great 4-player fun on N64. Cheers!

Are you considering on expanding your categories, like "100 RPGs from the 90's", or 100 local coop games"...? I'm a list fanatic. Can't get enough of it lol

It's possible that I may start doing that - the downside is that I'm not enough of a subject matter expert in any one category to do it justice. But yeah, I may go there soon. Like maybe "100 Japan Exclusive Saturn games" or something...

Good Vid. I got or beat around 17 of these and 6 I am looking for on this compilation. I wasn't too big on 3D games but liked Castlevania Legacy of Darkness and Ocarina of Time. Wasn't big on Mario 64, even in 96. Vector Man looked cooler to me and one of the main reasons I got a N64 was Pokémon and Smash Bros. I was a Sega kid and only got this on 99 Xmas. I sorta like these early 3D graphics and felt they have a certain charm to em. I liked how some games could save on the Cartridge instead of using easy to break CD's and Memory Cards. I've been going back and playing N64 and its a good system with some good games, but personally I'm more of a 16 bit guy.

Many great 4-player multiplayer games on the N64, I had tons of fun playing 007 and Mario Kart with 4 players in my local game store when I was a kid, the N64 was a really really great platform for multiplayer gaming period. This being put, unfortunately the system basically entirely lacks rpgs, my favorite game genre, while the PS1 had several rpgs. Only 3 rpg titles were released for the N64, of wich 2 are good, Paper Mario and Ogre Battle 64.

It's weird to me when people say there are only 10 or 20 good games on N64. I think there are many good games I want to play. You don't want them? Give them to me.
