Hi Max, I watched your film and just wanted to let you know that I thought you did a wonderful job. I have been following you since the beginning and was extremely impressed with you and your loving and caring relationship you had with your mother. I am from your mother's generation and have a history of metabolic issues myself I am very fearful of getting a neurological disease. I have learned a lot from you and I appreciate all of the work you do. I also wanted to mention that I really liked your mother. Although the disease took so much from her she was still a smart and strong lady. It absolutely broke my heart that she was so aware what was happening to her. I am so sorry that she had to endure so much pain and suffering. Stay well and I will continue to support you in any way I can. I have all of your books and I watch your videos all the time.

Salmon, beef, olive oil (cold pressed, single source, NOT heated). Ridiculous that she didn’t mention a single animal product for brain health. 🙄

I know - her book is also very 'plant' focused. As a scientist she omitted the DIAAS in her list of plant proteins.

Three foods? This is a typical Western culture "what to buy" question, but an inconvenient true recommendation would be to move a lot, limit your diet, avoid refined sugar and hydrogenated oils, baked goods, eat lots of salads, and reduce your stress levels by living outdoors more than indoors.
