Nah- it can be GREAT if you find the right person. When it ends (likely), that fall is not fun BUT the ride can be. Walk away, head high if you made the other persons life on average better. No regrets. Even successful marriages can run their course- very sadly. No blame- just blame it on the rain sometimes.

I would sell it split the money in half or get me another house without them they are set backs from ppl with no progress

What if the house isn't paid off and the loan is in the ex husband name I just let him leave in it so if he sales then half he have to divide the money and I found out that if the ex sales the house he won't get what he wants it's not worth it

My ex-wife had multiple properties and I was awarded 1/2 of all her property. But before i confronted her of cheating I sold all my personal stuff. I walked away with $757k I can't be mad at her now. 💰💸😻
