Magnesium is probably one nutrient you are not getting enough of. Not getting enough can impact your health in a lot of ways including on your kidneys. cashews are great for making a vegan cheese sauce - they blend up nicely with nutritional yeast (and a few other ingredients) to make a nice substitute for fatty and salty cheese sauces. - and woohoo - congrats on 150K subscribers - i really can't understand how it's not a million ...

I worry about taking any mineral supplement because I have read that you have to be careful about taking too much of one and becoming deficient in another. As it was explained to me, they need to be balanced.

What I did was use Cronometer and logged my meals and I saw what I was deficient in so that I knew what supplements I needed to add. You need the premium version which keeps micro nutrients
