Get the Titan and then skip leg day until your upper body is strong enough to put it on the rack 😂

Nordic curl, sissy squat, reverse Nordic curl. All better positioned for lengthened positions. All free using NO EQUIPMENT. Some of the best exercises for targeting legs. Your welcome.

You’re my first random commenter! I really appreciate it. Yea those are great bodyweight exercises, but the barrier of entry is difficult for most. Some don’t even want to try (losers… me). Those that can do those would be in a healthier state for sure though lol
