Try out tank anivia top next. Due to the way she deals damage, and the range of that damage, AND that the tank items apply to the egg. Trust me. Runes: grasp of the undying, demolish, and whatever else you want, secondary isnt too important I suggest manaflow band. starters D-shield or Sword depending on who you lane against. First item heartsteel, followed by the mobility boots due to the fact you can run up and drop a w without stopping the 115ms buff until you attack, so you run up and engage, and then let your team do all the damage while you poke down anyone. Finish build with either armour + health or mr + health depending on the team comp. Played it and its def viable

Saying thresh is unskill is kinda crazy, he got the most complex kit for support, that’s why he’s the best and hardest to learn support, his Q mechanics are different from other skill shots, caz it got a long delay. E is multi use tool, and W is best ganking tool. Compare to riven which u just need to learn different combos, thresh takes way more skill, and riven with all those dashes can’t side step just proves how bad he is
