Great information Bill ! So much of what we have been told is wrong I have found that almost doing the opposite of everything we are told/taught is better ! ❤️🕊💪🇺🇸

I don't understand the question. I cover up with a hat and clothes and will sometimes use a sunscreen that has no chemicals.

I haven’t worn mainstream perfume in decades. Natural perfume oils smell so much nicer anyway. I only use natural organic household cleaners and I make my own skincare from herbs infused in organic oils. I have astigmatism so being outside without sunglasses isn’t an option for me. What I try do is close my eyes and sit in the sun face up. 😉

Most essential oils you recommand on this channel are more toxic than a balanced perfume composition. You should really rethink what you're saying and stop harming the health of your followers.

You do realize that the sun ages your skin, and that's been proved by dermatologist and studies right? My appearance affects my mental health, so I'm not going to go in the sun without SPF. I've already seen sun damage in my skin from never wearing sunscreen growing up, and I'm just 20. I'm unsubscribing. I only listen to advice from professionals, and people who know what they're talking about. This everything is toxic mentality is toxic within itself. I use to take advice from random people like you on the internet that tried to give advice on nutrition and skincare and my health, and skin health went bad. As long as you educate your self on skincare ingredients, you know how they work. Uv light breaks down the collagen within your skin, and causes wrinkles, and fine lines. It also leads to skin cancer, and uneven skin tone. If I could go back to my childhood and prevent myself from spending hours in the sun, especially without SPF, I would. I wouldn't have as many skin issues as I'm having today at the age of 20.

Chris He’s not saying don’t protect your skin. He’s saying wear protective clothing and a hat rather than synthetic sunscreen. Then he went on to say if you do need a sunscreen make sure it’s a natural one. I get not taking advice from just anyone on the internet, that’s smart but honestly you don’t always need a PhD to be knowledgeable. I’m 60 and have zero degrees but I can tell you I’m a wealth of knowledge, that doesn’t make me any less credible.

@@Gramarye_cottage yeah. I agree with the protective clothing part because why waste sunscreen and money when you can wear clothing to protect yourself from the sun? Also, I'm a person of color. So, I cant really pull off mineral sunscreens aka natural sunscreens because they leave a white cast. I use chemical sunscreens because they dont leave a white cast as much. I haven't noticed any health issues due to chemical sunscreens, and I apply sunscreen pretty much every day. I dont leave the house without wearing spf. The good tinted mineral sunscreens for people of color are expensive, so that's why I use chemical sunscreens over mineral sunscreens. They're affordable, and they dont leave an annoying white cast.

Hi Chris, I appreciate your position, don't take my advice but research yourself. The sun is the most powerful health tool we all have. And yes, too much of it is no good for you and sunscreens are mostly toxic for your skin and do not protect you as you think they are but hurt your skin.

@@Theartofunity where are you getting your information from? Like are there studies or professionals that back up what you have to say? I follow dermatologists, estheticians, and skincare specialists and they all highly recommend sunscreen for many reasons, and they do it themselves, and they have glowing youthful looking skin. They went to school, and have knowledge and experience with skincare. I use to have terrible skin, and I would take random advice from people on the internet that weren't professionals, and I fucked up my skin even worse. My skin has improved so much since then, and SPF is one of my main skincare necessities because it prevents a bunch of issues. Once your skin has aged due to the sun, it's a lot hard to undo. It's better to prevent sun damaged skin rather than trying to undo it later on in life.
