and if you don't burp 1 of your bottles on your first attempt of the second fermentation; and just leave it there for like 3-4 days; you might want to pop that bottle over your shower tub. It can be almost like a champagne experience lol.

@Theartofunity Yes, about 4 months now. I haven't tried out the second fermentation with as many different fruits as you have though. I tried lemon both from cut fruits and sold in store juice, I tried black current which I could only get from Amazon in it's frozen state, and 2 different boosters from Amazon as well. The better of which ended up being "forest berry bloom". "Equatorial energy elixir" is so so. The company for those boosters is called Raw Brewing Co.

I have just tried this recipe today, but I did it without minerals as I don’t want the trouble to add preservatives once I add water to the concoction, also best to sprinkle some celtic salt! It just melts nicely in my mouth and tastes refreshing too. My gum, teeth and tongue are very much pleasant to this natural non toxic ingredients. Thank you so much, Bill. By far this is the best recipe I’ve come by so far.

I worked in the supplement industry for years. One of my coworkers did not believe in doing bloodwork but instead muscle tested for every single one of her supplements. She would put a whole bunch of supplements in a shopping basket, bring them up to the register, and muscle test for each one, and buying the ones she tested positive for and putting back the ones she didn't. When I asked her how she'd discovered this ability, she told me she had read a book. An incredibly powerful book I imagine, seeing that anyone who reads it immediately gets a supernatural power to sense supplements their body needs and reject other supplements their body doesn't. I asked her if PVC plastics are bad for you or good for you. She replied, "everyone knows that plastics are bad for you" I then asked if she would muscle test negative for PVC plastics. She responded, "of course." I then pointed out that half the supplements she was muscle testing positive positive for were encased in PVC plastic bottles. I asked her how she learned how to fine-tune her muscle testing to ignore the PVC plastic surrounding certain supplements that her body consents she needed, while ignoring the glass surrounding the supplements she didn't. She just got angry and walked away. No questioning her conclusions. No explanation. Just offended that I pointed out some thing she hadn't thought of before. I would like to add that if this was purely physiological it would make no difference if she had new information or not. BTW: she was insanely unhealthy

If you use fruits is it necessary to blend them? Also heard from dr gundry that benefits of polyphenols from fruit or nuts are canceled out when combined with dairy for example coffee with milk or yoghurt with berries you are not getting prebiotic benefit of polythenol content. Don't know if it's true or not it's hard to find more information on that.
