Finishing Raul's character arc with the "Old Vaquero" perk, arming him with the unique "Medicine Stick" lever action rifle loaded with special Handload ammo makes him one of the best companions in the game, both from an aesthetic standpoint as well as performance. He absolutely shreds with that rifle.

ik i am late but raul already has lived 50 lives before you met him unlike most ghouls which are just "oh i did this or that" raul is just "well first i had this then i had that then i had that then i had that etc etc"

I always like to keep Raul around and this video reinforces the thought that the Courier is like Raul's family by the end of his quest and ultimately the choice Raul makes will make him happy so long as he has people like the Courier and other followers around

Personally, depending on the playthrough that i do, i will have him settle based on it for example, NCR end i encourage him to retire in thought that his time is over and he should retire i peace and heal. Whereas independent or House the wasteland will not always be stable, so it needs a hero to cling to

Props to Neo adding Mexican music in Rauls lore video. Raul has such a sad story yet no matter what, he is a great shot and a badass, even for his age; a true ghoul with gunslinger. Also, Neo even made Raul look like Danny Trejo who is Rauls voice actor. Great work. :3

This is really well done. Gonna sub 👍 I had absolutely no clue that Danny Trejo was in NV. The guys a legend, i just watched a documentary about him the other day. If you don't know much about him and the life he's led it's well worth checking it out.

Although I have some serious gripes regarding the shows retcon of certain events and its handling of the NCR and BoS, I would love to see Danny Trejo play the role of Raul Tejada in Season 2 of the show when they get to New Vegas.

When nerve was functioning fully, Raul displaces Boone as a badass. Second only to Rose of Sharon Cassidy. Old Vaquero: +33% fire rate with revolvers, and lever action firearms. Nerve: +5% damage, and DT per point of charisma. Raul Tejada - Settles down in the outskirts of New Vegas. Takes over New Vegas Steel. Producing and repairing goods for the city. Requires full maintenance, not old vaquero. Cass, Vengeance: +15% damage with all guns. Rose of Sharon Cassidy - Heart skips a beat at the splendor of Mr. House's New Vegas. Requires Mr. House ending.
