some tips from lessons I've learned in KSP that may help: when designing a rocket, you always want your center of lift/drag below your center of mass, this makes your rocket fly straight and less flip happy, this also works for descent where if the center of lift is above the center of mass then the bottom of the ship will reenter first and not flip on you, this analogy is best described as throwing a dart at a dart board, the fins of the dart at the back keep it straight, if you were to throw the dart the other way around, it would flip until the fins that produce the drag are at the back and keep it flying straight, hope this helps seeing those reentries where you come in like a dart gave me anxiety because I've lost many kerbals that way

I always have played in career mode and I want to give you a few advices Sorry for my English. I am from Colombia 1. Always put minimum two pairs of parachuts. One that are small (red) and the bigger ones (blue) 2. Invest on the safety of the kerbals. Use drones instead of kerbonauts if their safety is compromised 3. Create communication satelite networks 4. Accept all the 3 star tasks. Those are easy to complete and they give you a lot of rewards

Tip for planes with super low thrust like that one: When you're losing airspeed, go down slowly to regain it before pulling up again. You kept pulling up to maintain altitude and caused a stall, when it might've been able to keep flying if you weren't so aggressive with it. (Note to self: Copy the design and see if it's possible to fly it. >.>) OH. I DIDN'T EVEN NOTICE YOUR THROTTLE WAS SO LOW. XDD I still want to try that design at half throttle to see if it is flyable like that.

A few things that could help is to switch the service bay and Science Jr. Since the service bay has a higher crash tolerance that the Science Jr, you could remove the landing legs. You should also add a heat shield which would add weight to the bottom and stabilize your craft during reentry. I hope this helps and I wish you good luck!

Agreed. I'm sure my reply is far too late, but yes. The heat shield also makes the pod aerodynamic so you don't even need SAS during re-entry. The shield will hold you steady all the way through, and slow you down a lot. Continuing my binge through the series

Use alt+. to timewarp physicaly use shift on ladders while a kerbal its there to make him twerk

Noone yet! I have to get all the vehicles in my game, test them out and then ill do a little video on them and announce the winners then! Should be within a few weeks.
