Never expected to see Rosmontis (who I initially thought to be just a cute and harmless operator) and Elfen Lied (One of the countless sources of trauma I have experienced in Anime) linked together. It's so good nonetheless. Her story is as tragic as the anime but at least she was able to find a new family through R.I, which is really heartwarming. The meeting with Patriot's soldiers and that life-lesson on revenge were the cherry on top. I seriously think she'll be able to overcome her trauma and be happy, we just need to give her time.

Honestly, I am happy to see I wasn't the only one who noticed the similarities between Rosemontis and Elfen Lied... funnily enough, her story (ad crappy as it is) is waaaaay happier than that of Lucy. Goes to show that, even at a multiversal scale, there are worst possibilities.

Although it could be a defense mechanism it could also be: 1) The result of brain damage, possibly sustained during the destruction of Loken´s lab. 2) Unexpected side effect of the surgery to implant her brother into her. She is a experiment, nothing says she was really successful. If magical rock cancer can cause deafness, spontaneous horns and super powers, it can probably cause amnessia too.

Today I decided to read her story, and I could wait a bit for your movie and save myself half an hour of my life adds an extension to my statement: Finally, I can sit down in front of the computer and expand my statement about Rosmontis, I had to take care of school for two days, the video was uploaded to Polish time at 1 a.m. It's true that I heard her story is one of the sadder ones so I read it and you posted a video about her the same day. Very nice done, you translated from the pseudo "medical report" about it, including the information from chapter 8, and turn it into a more accessible and less time-consuming form of a movie on yt, all you should add is information about her from chapter 7, where Kal 'tsit tells the doctor (us) that Rosmontis is 14 years old for the duration of the attack on the Chernobog core, which, knowing what she went through and at what age, is more sad. (I remember that it was I don't remember exactly where / on which map, after I read the lore from chapter 7 when he came out on the global server, somehow in January.) At the time of writing this I got Rosmontis 3 times already, Angelin x1 and 0 Mudrock, I lost hope for her.

Personally, I have done it several weeks ago reading her files at Fandom(I didn't get her sooo... ;_;) but still having hard time to figure out what was happening during her past, other than the experimentation and the Rhodes Island part. This one was better than the previous two since not only I got Rosmontis (in less pulls than W), but I got Mudrock first before her and in 3 pulls after I get Rosmontis. Game is telling me something, probably they had enough of my problems without Eyja/Thorns/Schwarz Still might gonna need to borrow operators but doing fine

Some of the Arknights backstories are dark (just take Frost Nova as an example), but hers surely takes the cake. I do love her though, and as a new player, I do hope she will come back so I'll have a chance to blow my money on getting her, cause I do want her so bad. The chapter 8 music video, she looks so bad ass! Also, your explanation of her ability, of four invisible hands holding onto the things she's got with her. My first though was Re:Zero and Petelgeuse's unseen hand witch factor. Haven't seen the anime you mentioned, so can't comment on that, but as you explained it, I immediately thought of Re:Zero. Anyway, thanks for your lore videos. As a new Arknights player, there is so much lore to catch up on, and the story of Arknights is actually really good. So having access to your videos is a nice help to explaining some character connections and such. Also, please don't loose the accent, it's so charming. I live in Denmark, so I'm used to German tourists visiting, and the German accent I've always found so charming. I get why you sub the videos, it can be difficult to understand for some.
