Episode fifteen of Season three has the guys once again pick out one thing to talk about for this episode. But, no surprise, hard to pick just one thing.
Harry takes a look at the Lionel Railbonder motorized rail runners, Walt looks at the Lionel Legacy E8’s and Bill picks the Disney 100 train set.
But, several other things get picked out to take a look at.
The "Train Shop" is their 84 year old family run model railroad shop, Henning's Trains in Lansdale Pennsylvania. They are model railroaders and not Audio Visual people, but they seem to enjoy themselves and we hope you do too.

A fun show as always gents! A great way to start the day! A bit of history on that jade green NYC E8. In 1961 the NYC was looking for a less expensive paint scheme than the "Lightning Stripe" scheme they'd been using. Three E8's were painted in black, jade green, and grey. The grey scheme with the cigar band NYC herald and stripe was the winner. And by the way, the jade green E8 owned by the URHS in New Jersey is the ACTUAL test locomotive from 1961!

Is Walt wearing a Penn Central shirt? He is getting closer to wearing Conrail blue lol. For those who don't know, the EMD E8 had two diesel engines to power the locomotive. The E8 was designed as a passenger diesel locomotive.
