This is Transformers! This story follows the main story from IDWs Transformers of the ongoing war between the Autobots and Decepticons!
In this video, in the aftermath of Megatron surrendering to Autobot forces, Optimus has a conversation with the Decepticon Leader.

Some people should watch this when they say that Transformers is just dumb entertainment to sell toys to children. The reason why it's been around since the 80's and it has fans from all ages is because Transformers is full of humanity, it is full of lessons about how we always end up destroying each other for the smallest disagreements when in the end most of us want the same things. The toys are cool, but we wouldn't care about them if there was no humanity behind them.

That's how Hasbro treats the brand we love Like it or not Hasbro doesn't see a world full of amazing stories and characters they see a pay check and they act as such

You left out the best part of this conversation, imo. Optimus: It's all because of you. Four million years, four hundred millennia of conflict. Innocent worlds disfigured in pursuit of a demented ideology. Galactic conquest, as...as some sort of palliative for a crippling inferiority complex. Megatron: Rephrase the question. Optimus: Billions of lives ruined. Our race on the very brink of extinction. Megatron: Rephrase the question. Optimus: Do you-- Megatron: Do I what, Prime? Do I what? Optimus: Do you feel even the slightest remose? Megatron: No. Optimus: The misery, the suffering, and you regret nothing? Megatron: Only that I didn't do more when I had the chance. Optimus: All those you've killed-- Megatron: Not enough. Not nearly enough. Understand this, Optimus: so long as you stand in my way--so long as anyone stands in my way--I will respond by killing. Murder on an industrial scale. Because in the final analysis, I would happily wade across a river of corpses, chest-deep in rust and oil and engine grease, just to crush the spark of the last Autobot standing. And I would do so not merely as a means to an end. No. I would do it because it gives me pleasure.

Not long after on the lost light, though, we get some special insight to what Megatron was thinking. Megs hates prime beyond reason, and he loves to get under his skin plate. Since prime hates people getting hurt, saying you love hurting people is the best kind of torture. But then you learn that Megatron hadn’t meant it, or, at least, he didn’t think he meant it. Thanks to bumblebee’s sacrifice at the time, Megatron’s neurosis finally broke, and he realized how much of a failure he truly had been. He discusses this with Ravage, revealing the truly broken bot Megatron is under all his rage and violence.

And Prime just says that he knows Megatron is just trying to trigger him, but he still ends up shocking Megatron in anger.

My favorite moment here is how despite both being on opposite sides of the conflict, they are still able to talk to each other like friends. I mean that scene where they start one upping eachother on who got nearly killed. (SHOULDER TO CROTCH) I just love it when stories and shows are able to do slice of life

This conversation between these two is one of those conversations you would just listen to. Not because of the drama. But because of the art of the conversation along with the gravitas of it all, from two powerful figures.

The part where they try to outdo each other in terms of who go the most damage is always this hilarious break between this rather tense conversation. "They had to literally stitch me back together!" "You sliced me shoulder to crocth. Shoulder. To. Crotch!" "You took half my face!" "I was stuck in gun mode prime! IN GUN MODE!"

How Megatron went from this to becoming an autobot who quit violence I believe shockwave tampered with Megatron when he was in a coma so he could compete his plans to destroy Cybertron and restore the cybertronian race he needed Meg's out the way

AKA Shockwave used Megatron for his own goals. That opened up Megatron's eyes. Especially after Bumblebee's death defending Cybertron

Some suggestions for future uploads, add background noises, if people are walking, record some boots-on-metal sounds, if a door opens, steal some free sounds online, there feels like the video is not living when there is panels between talks.
