The way young Kratos' model fits in here works a lot better than I thought, you can still see the style differences but it still blends in relatively well. Hell, even Christopher Judge's voice fits this design just as much as TC Carson's does.

@@JpmestraoPSN gow 4 , Kratos said he has to restrain himself for Atreus and he could've finished him (even tho he wouldn't die because of the spell) post Baldur, Atreus is becoming more thirsty for the Aesir's blood and he even insults Asgard, he's becoming more like how his father was and Kratos is trying to talk some sense in him.

I can imagine a story where Kratos just finds a child in a burning village remembering his past thinking “I’m not going to allow this child to grow up like me” After sailing out of Sparta And this design kind of makes me feel like we’re watching the story of the same Kratos who saw his home get destroyed because of his own actions

This is by far the best one I've seen. I've seen other young kratos mods but they look so weird or just completely off. You perfectly captured the look while making it look like it's part of the new gen graphics. Well done!!

It's so amazing how even though Kratos is holding back his rage, he can trash around Baldur who just punched the world serpent out of consciousness

I don't think he was holding back against Baldur. In the novel during their first fight he says Baldur is more powerful than any of his past opponents and that he might not be able to beat him.
