Atmos clocks I feel must of at some point been much more common in the USA than here in Europe. There seems to me to be a lot more Le Coultre atmos clocks floating around in comparison to JLC branded

An excellent video mate. I'm aiming to create a three watch JLC black dial collection. Currently have a Polaris Memovox and a Reverso 1931. Hoping to add one more sometime. Perhaps the Ultra Thin perpetual or a Duometre (if I can afford it). Any more classic black dial JLCs you can recommend?

Hey, first of all thank you for your kind words! Really a very difficult question, because the tastes are of course very far apart. But the two pieces that you have already selected, speak clearly that we speak the same design language :D how about a military JLC from the 40s? Just have a look at our website Otherwise, I still think of the Futurematic… it is not that classic because of the two subdials, but still very cool design - especially references with the tear drop lugs. Furthermore, there are still a lot of dresswatches without specific references. You can search at chrono 24, for example, and filter by dial color and year. Good luck for your hunt!

@@GoldammerVintageWatches the hunt is always the fun part. I hope JLC bring back their daring 90s and 2000s designs again. Their recent watches have been too safe and just... unadventurous. Shame.

I have a LeCoultre timepiece that was manufactured in in 1944. Another in 1949, and a stainless steel one produced in the 1930s. Where can I go to find more information on these time pieces and the value?

You didn't give any time or explanation to the single shot of the Jaeger 3 register chronograph. My father gave one to my brother in 1963. It has a most unusual still of spring bar/lug. I am trying to find out more about this particular model. Mine has the Valjoux 72 movement. Why is this the case, did JL not make chronograph movements at that time. All info would be helpful.

Cheers John, that's because we have never bought a jlc three register chrono until now. If that changes I will make a video about them in the future :) the shown JLC in this video is a triple date calendar. For this particular design we have already made a video!

The case sizes in your graph at 5:57 are apparently Men's models only. I'm trying to identify a Women's model (circa 1950) with a case diameter of 18 mm! Can you point me to comparable information on women's watches? These are good videos that condense a lot of information into brief presentations.
