I believed what I had been told by family… that it was true! 😂 Now I know that they do need each other, in a beneficial way, but not dependent to bloom.

I swore this as truth! Now I know, but I’d rather have ants than their alternative ❤

We have wasps all over our peony buds this year. I assume they are eating the nectar…? I also thought ants helped them bloom, will see what the results of wasps are.

My dad it was true and I believe what he said. He could grow anything.

Why do the ants eat my flowers once they bloom? They sit on the buds for a week plus just eating the sugar but then eat the flowers when they bloom 😢
