My husband works for Force of Nature and I’m so proud of the work they are doing to spread awareness about regenerative agriculture! I have been DYING for them to come on the pod the second Lauryn started talking about her meat bowls- I’m with you sis! I obviously have a freezer full of it ❤

I started carnivore in Oct. I'm now keto, very high protein, some fruit/veg. No grains, no veg high in histamine, I cannot believe how much weight I've lost. I'm in menopause and have zero bloating. I make my own tallow and use it as a skin moisturizer.

Quitting veganism and going primarily animal based, eating red meat at least once a day has been the best change for my health! I wouldn’t have my baby if it wasn’t for it.

I’m so glad you two are spreading the CORRECT information about health and fitness with credible information and sources . Is about time that stupid vegan agenda goes away ( very profitable industry, massive media push )

Agree with all said. Thanks for bringing this important message and these guys explained it beautifully. Today we just went to our local ranch and picked up 120 lbs of grassfed/finished. As a former plant-based person, so grateful to the animals and ranchers for helping me to feel better mentally, physically and emotionally.

i've always been a meat eater but in my post menopausal years Ive increased my protein intake overall but specifically beef everyday and OMG, my skin my hair my nails my digestion, excellent. We have all been lied to and manipulated into believing that meat is bad for you.

I agree. I understand making money. I own a small business. I like when people promote small business verses companies like Lipton and delta who have more marketing money. It’s a bummer

I wish I could afford fancy regenerative meats, but my family can only afford grocery store meats. Especially in this economy. I’m not going to stress or feel bad about it. If we could afford it we’d get the fancy shit, but for now I guess we’re just eating negative sad meat

A friend sent me a list of companies to stay away from because of their high glyphosate count and Lipton was on the list 😭😭😭. Can anyone confirm ?

This is wrong wrong wrong. I haven’t eaten meat in 24 years and I’m the healthiest person I know. That’s the truth.

I wonder if thats because your community eats meat or because of other lifestyle choices they might be making.

I switched to meat focused and feel so much healthier and lost 35lbs so easily. Meat is the most nutrient dense food you can eat.
