what happens if a property you fractionally own needs repairs? who pays for that?

Let me explain here:- The real estate for which tokens are created play the role of shareholders of the property. So if a repair work is needed is done through tokens being paid out resulting in declining of value of token, and vice versa when capital appreciation is noticed and translated into higher value or price of token.

Can be land registry replaced with blockchain or there is an intermediate organization between land registry and a consumer? Is it even possible to ignore land registry?

@HoneyBricks so since I own 50% of my home and the bank owns the rest would my house get tokenized for 1/2 of a token for me and 1/2 of the token for my bank? Or would my home be worth $500,000 tokens split in half and registered on the block chain? Probably a dumb question but this is like Chinese to me. Thanks

Lots of coffee and relaxing cuz I even can guts healthy enough for it and mind sleeps well now ain't no more septic problem in the lung it was bad for the brain happy for my health I'm just gonna get really good at crypto and even get mining and other things that saved money like making yard furniture and sheds out of pallets and 3d printing - willy 0
