Here were my key takeaways and the parts that resonated with me the most: - “I don’t” vs. “I can’t” - Reframing “I don’t have time” to “I have other higher priorities” - “Coddling yourself to make yourself feel comfortable with the fact that you have lost determination, you’ve lost the will to persist and try the next thing, to seek the guidance of experts and continue going forward.” - “Tell yourself the truth” - If others have attained flight, then that means… - Taking action = Doing what you know + seeking the advice of those who have already figured it out This was so good! Beginner- 5 rounds Intermediate- 7 rounds Advanced- 10 rounds 5 pull-ups (over hand) 10 pushups 5 chin-ups (under hand ) 10 diamond/narrow pushups 10 lunges (each leg) 10 2 pump burpees Got this from Iron Wolf's video titled "Military Calisthenics Full body weight circuit (GET LEAN and STRONG) DESCRIPTION BELOW!" I rest 90 sec between each circuit as i'm still a newbie
