Quitting & being a quitter is literally the worst. Giving up on something meaningful & significant just makes us feel cataclysmically guilty & disappointed on our own potential & existence. Our own incapability to handle failure and come back from adversities are genuinely shocking in today's age. I wonder why? We absolutely envy those people who just never give up, who has an unbreakable level of grit & perseverance, and who take failure like its a blessing or a gift of some sort, and then they come back even harder from a seemingly pointless & hopeless state. We all want to be like that, but how? And why can't we be like them initially?

The 3 Reasons for Failure (Rational View): 1:05 - 2:49
Why We Get Emotional & Superstitious When We Fail? (Emotional View): 2:50 - 5:55

The Solution: 6:51 - 7:54

To the *worthwhile person* seeing this, your dream is not dead. Don’t allow the past and current pains and hurts stop and define you. You’re more than a conqueror. Rise up and put yourself together. Keep pushing your future depends on it. I wish you all the best in life ❤️.

Before I half retired I trained treasury bond market-makers that handled a billion US at a clip. Your explanation sounds true because the "gentlemen" whom you talk about, and I fired, are today all below 38 of age -- It's like they exploded into this world together, whilst I'd have to struggle finding such people aged 45 and above. Another thing is: The amplitude test we use to screen applicants (actually a Cluster B Pathological Personality Disorder Test in disguise) indicates that an alarming percentage are pathological narcissists. They have psychological voids which no employer has the resource to help fix.

It failed because I suck at something in particular. The task now is identify it and try to fix it. It's like that book "outwitting the devil". The guy was so sure that; if you are determined and focus, you can achieve anything (definiteness of purpose). Matches the last cliche of "quitting is a choice". Great message/video.

The process of identifying where you went wrong and fixing it is the fun part. A lot of people just couldn't be bothered to do so because they just submit themselves indefinitely/involuntarily to their apparent incompetence. Mistakes/errors are CRUCIAL for growth because it allows you to spot where you are weak at, so you don't have to look far & long

@@Forged88 Thanks for the reply. I would keep remember that. Go back, examine, adapt and keep trying. You know, sometimes when a lot of effort is put into something and it flops, that caused burnout or even frustration.

I had lots of bad experiences in life and I was always told that there is a God and who will do good to you if you have faith in him.. I had faith, good things did happen but I was anxious deep down inside because an irrational fear was there lurking deep inside that something bad gonna happen again and this is how God tests his devotees... I started a business.. Failed miserably... Failed in relationship... Lost father.. Went to PTSD... Bullied in hostel.. All sort of things... Deep inside when I had my moments of joy, I felt like it's not gonna last because God will take away that... I grew an irrational fear for Almighty.. Or rather say something supernatural... But after a few years of struggle and rigorous questioning... I realized there is no one controling your life.. I'm free to do anything.. I changed myself.. I gave up on my "toxic faith"... Im now stronger than ever, physically, mentally both... I have a job.. I own a business... Im in good shape... Thing is.. You must confront your fear before it consumes you completely

@@ServeraServera0 I'm at day 3 I've started making a tally chart on a peice of A4 of every day I've not smoked, when it's full then I can say I've quit. Smoking tobacco is just stupid, and I've done it most of my life. But where there is a will there is a way.
