Love this one. It's obviously a modern setting but the narrative (spooky happenings warning of earthly danger) feels like all the old classic, 'gothic' stories.

This story reminds me of the movie sinister. Not the plot but the way how the first half was cool and scary and after revealing the mystery, the whole thing goes to shit. I still love your content, not a hater. This is just some contructive criticism to help pick/write better stories

Damn this story had potential, ended up being bland. Old owner was getting crazy trough months? Let’s make our protagonist story take couple of days!! Also, I suppose the old owner got the knowledge about the neighbour trough investigation… that sounds much more interesting than luck…

Bruh just a suggestion... Kids don't have the attention span to listen to these stories which leaves you with a adult audience. With that said wtf adult wants to hear about this bulls***t ? It was great story. There are tens of other narrators who do true crime or something like that. Go listen to them and don't tell narrators what to narrate.
