Wow Swallow Falls was beautiful, well worth the £2 price of admission. The Ugly House was anything but, nice shoutout to the lovely Rachel but im with you on this one, i’d prefer to not try the compost toilet, great for the environment I guess though. Good tip about carrying lots of cash there as nowhere takes card. Lovely montage at the end! Big like from us! 👍

I passed through there a couple of weeks ago on my to walk Snowdon,really wanted to stop an explore but didn't have time.. I'm not far away from the Monsal Trail so may join you on that walk x

Think my Dad and I are going to have to visit there next month, thanks for the tips 👍 I've never got used to composting toilets. We've stayed at Hole Station campsite in Devon a few times and they have them there. I prefer to hear a splash than a thud! 🤣

You'll both love it! Couldn't get the drone out over the waterfall as it was quite windy! Hahah I am sure they will be all over the place soon - just gonna have to get over the thought of it! ahahaha a thud! Creasing aahhaah

Haha... compost toilets are the future, lol! If they're well managed, they don't smell... but are nicer than portaloos! Sorry, too much toilet talk! :)

Swallow Falls looks amazing, an incredible waterfall! It's a shame you couldn't do your intended trip due to cash. Despite that, you covered a lot of ground on your trip.
