When you buy a brand new Corvette, one of the coolest perks is the ability to attend the Ron Fellows Performance Driving School at a quite significant discount. For $1000 you get 2 days of instruction, various exercises and plenty track time in a Corvette like the one you bought (Stingray or Z06). Since I purchased the Z06 new, I absolutely had to sign up for this as soon as they released class dates, and it was certainly an amazing experience. Any day you get to drive a Z06 hard is a great day, and this was so much fun. It was difficult to try and capture everything that happened over the full two days, but here is a highlight reel and quick view as to what it is like to attend the Ron Fellows Z06 Track School!

Come ready to learn and have fun, classroom sessions are great, definitely watch the line the instructors take when you’re doing lead follow. My fastest laps came when I was right behind the lead car.

What kind of lap times did you put down? Was so much fun, I couldn’t get lower than 1:19 in the stingray. If only I could have had some more track time I think I could have got a couple seconds, or crashed lol

So I bought my C8 during COVID. I live in Canada and It took over a year and a half for my Ron Fellows discount to show up in the mail. It was only valid for a year after purchase of my C8. I tried to explain to the school the fact that Chevy mailed it out too late, but they refused to honor it. Hoping someone from Ron Fellows reads this and is willing to reconsider their position as a goodwill gesture.

All you needed was your VIN to sign up. You don't need any mailed out item.

How funny, not one car had Scrape Amor in your video or when I was there. Why is that? Their name is advertised on the track screens & cars but none are equipped? What does that say? The guys at SM told me there was a better option that only took 20 min. or less but GM decided to go with this because it got back end money to install for dlrs. They told me that Scrape Amor product took too long to install per car so they don’t use them.
