Makes 18 Cookies
185g Burnt Butter
215g Light Brown Sugar
1 Egg + 1 Yolk
2 tsp Vanilla
225g Plain Flour
¾ tsp Bicarb
1 tsp Sea Salt
200g Milk Chocolate
200g Dark Chocolate
Flaked sea salt to sprinkle onto baked cookies
