You might argue that this is ostensibly a 400 GTO with less in the way of openness and more in the way of pilothouse protection, but there's more to the new Saxdor flagship than that...

That's a cracking boat, love the design and layout so many options, that is definitely a secret cabin hidden away. I would definitely go for the GTC option even if I was in warmer climes just for better security. Great tour Hugo thank you.

l like the more expensive one with the solid protection its good when the weather turns nasty more comfort getting home .... Nice to dream

Nice one Hugo……. Quality built boats 🎉 The area behind the cockpit steps would be an ideal child or children’s bed space, making it even more attractive for small family weekends. I would definitely go for the enclosed version, as it more than opens up with those huge sliding side doors…….🙂

Like the GTC better. I prefer the salon with the sliding doors more protection from bad weather. Or when tge boat is in the marina or spending the night on board security. But on a sunny day plenty of ventilation and protection from the sun as I'd need. Very versatile seating arrangement and second cabin. Nice bow seating area. Love bow cabin and head. A stylish and well planned boat. GTO nice too, it just depends on your needs and finances.

Great tour Hugo - when is the sea trial booked in for?! Really like the Saxdor range - great designs, practicality and value for money. GTC for me without a doubt.

I like it better than the 37 Axopar. Affordable and I prefer the GTC enclosed glass door version.

Still making the coolest stuff for inshote cruising znd better than Pardo! But Galeon and Marex are beating them. I woukd take the GTO version of this. Great day bkat to,do some stuff off the back or hang out on the beaxh, maybe anchor in a cove for a night or two. But then, I look at the new yachts you yourself have shown to us like the Marex, the Wizniewski, SACS Rebel 50(yes it is 10' bigger but still, Grandezza 28 was phenomenal, Fairline Targa 40 is the king of this though, that Pa r eket Sorrento, the Queen would be the Cobra Seamaster 45!!! And the Jack would be the FIM Regina....what a boat. Those last 2 give so much for the money. Granted they aren't Fairline, but is a weekend boater goimg to care the quality,ity is a .ittle less than Fairline's? Heck no! The average weeekender, hanging out with the kids and port hopping, skiing or fishing....they don't care.

Fim 440 costs almost double the money of Saxdor. Same for Fairline and Pardo.

The GTC is the way to go. On a sidebar: why the shift of outboard motors? I see them commented on but why are the Mercurys better than Volvos?

It allows for a shallower draft of only 2.5ft drives up. Also allows for the mid cabin, you can beach it, lift the engines out when not in use so no fouling of the drives and you can completely flush them in the water. The new V10's have much more torque than the previous supercharged 400's so bigger props, you can plane at much lower speed - 14mph and the fuel burn is almost comparable with the huge weight saving over diesels. Up to 7 year warranties vs 2 years, and a fraction of the maintenance costs. Other than a restricted bathing platform it is all benefits. Plus in the US market, sterndrives are less desirable for all the former reasons.

I also like that if an outboard dies you can swap that out in an hour and a stern drive swap can be scheduled out for weeks.

Not as standard but you might be able to fit a pair of COX CXO300 or Oxe diesel outboards if you really wanted to. Would add a fair bit to the price though.

The drop down bulwarks lose a lot of value in the GTC because of obstruction by the structure.

Too square on the sides = crosswind vulnerability. Sharp corner doors + rough seas = mishaps. Thirsty on fuel, no green dynamics = whizzed money and whizzed purchase you can't unload afterwards unless you drop your drawers.

How many people would like this boat way more if there weren’t so many useless electronically powered features? Do we need to wait 30 second for the seat to change positions? Why not keep the hinges, throw out the motors, and just traditionally move the seat? It’s not like it takes much effort or force. Get rid of all the useless electronics, lower the price a few grand, or even leave the price the same, people don’t want that stuff and why boat manufacturers keep doing it anyways I will never understand. I think they would attach an electric motor to a cup holder if they could. Who’s going to service/maintain/repair all of these useless electric motors? How long will they last? Is there any redundancy when they break or are you shit out of luck and several months away from having any sort of a solution? It’s insane to me. People would like the boat better if it had less electronic parts.
