This prefab home also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Palm Harbor. The model for this home is the “Cottage Farmhouse.” This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,394 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

It’s crazy to see how much a mobile home is going for these days. I bought my cement block home in 97 for 85,500. Three bedrooms, two baths and two car garage. That mobile home was about 30,000 back then.

This house is absolutely Immaculate and very stunning..The floor plan and Layout are both designed perfectly... 💯% to the Architect who drew up the plans for this house...All of the paint colors are light and really brightens up the House.. Wassup Chance?! Not only does this home need a pantry and the extra square footage, but I'd put brick or stone around the fireplace and have the living room as the front the home, and I like the saying go big or go home.

Love this home! ❤️ Great floor plan! I can see myself in it. Other than the price. Too high. The extra room in front I would make into the entrance/foyer. Have a coat/utility closet. With the big window, a place for my plants. A place for a freezer. Pantry space. Lots of options.

I agree with you. Lovely home. I see the problem with most is no storage, place for a freezer, and Pantry. Just like you said. Also a bit too high priced, but lovely home.

Those night lamp for reading on the sides of the headboard is a to have for any person that loves to read or draw in the bed. I like this house, oh Yeah I thought about those barstools before You said something about changing. They definitely need chair pads. 😊I ENJOYED the tour and Thanks Chance.

I really love this place! As we are easing into retirement, this would be the perfect downsize for us. I love the look of the outside, love the layout! I would choose different flooring tho. I don't like when the flooring looks too busy. I prefer a more natural look. That's it tho. Everything else was beautiful! Cute cute cute!! 😊

I love this home farmhouse is comforting ,i love the window ledges on the inside nice to put small slow growiing plants or suculents in them,love the kitchen space,great size for living alone and for a senior couple ,i love it.thanks chance you chose to show me a beautiful home i make as a home someday.lolololo maybe someday,i love the style ,the decore ofchoice of colors of natrul look❤

LOVE the office space! Most of these smaller ones neglect that extra space for an office which I need! I'd get rid of the display shelf next to the kitchen table, and I would be sad about not having a bath in the master bathroom, but otherwise, I really like this one!

Perfect. I’d take the front room for my sewing room, hubs could take the second bedroom as his office, and I’d swap the tub shower combo to a soaker tub.

Nice floor plan, love the porch, However even though it is called a cottage farmhouse it still needs a walk-in pantry, The spare bedroom is a little small, If you had additional guests the front room that is an office could also have a trundle bed.

This is a very nice layout of this place. In that front room, I would get a hutch with storage underneath & glass doors up top so I could display my antique dolls & knick knacks. Also, I would get a corner glass hutch to display my little knick knacks. My favorite parts of this place are the accent wall in the dining area with the floating shelves, floating shelves in the kitchen & master bath, open shelves in the island, utility room, & master bath, backsplash above the stove, guest & master bath.❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟

I love how we're all so different. I was thinking I'd take out that display cabinet next to the kitchen table because I do not like clutter and knick knacks. Too much stuff in my area gives me anxiety! It is a nice layout though with enough space & rooms to make it your own.

9ft. Ceiling are nice until you have to change the smoke detector. (Dealing with it now) like the colors. Nice kitchen. Don't like full glass doors. Makes me nervous being alone.nics size guest bedroom and closet. Nice primary suite. Just wish a little bigger. Very nice home. Thank you for the tour.

Hi Chance and Cullen...Home is quite beautiful...yes I would make that small den a bedroom and put a closet in there twin or full size bed will do...the water heater should not be in the closet of a bedroom...they need to put it in the laundry room...master bedroom is beautiful beautiful...the master bath needs another shower 🚿 head ...love the kitchen island. The cabinets shouldgo to the ceiling...I would make a back deck .. Chance I have asked before.. do these windows have screens...and I would want a screen door as well.... the living room is very cozy ....Be Safe Be Blessed

This is a beautiful home. I'm the type of person when I see the floor plan, I look for placement of some of my furniture. Don't see it here. Also would need a bigger utility room. I have to have a place for my upright freezer. 😔
