Here we go! The ULTIMATE DONER KEBEOB Burger from Food Wars! Hayama nailed this one. Knocked it out of the park. Absolutely crushed it.
This doner kebob isn't overly difficult to make either. If you get your meats and sauce ready, use store bought pita and slap one together.
Seriously, well worth it.

According to Hayama, a burger has 4 main components - a patty, the buns, a condiment, and something to serve as "pickles", which I infer as something with acidity, like Hayma's achaar onions. So by his logic, as long as those four criteria are met, pretty much anything can count as a burger. The possibilities are endless!

Loving the Indian style achaar here, its looks solid! Just a heads up for anyone viewing but Achaar and Amchur are different things. Amchur is dried powdered mango. Achaar literally translates to pickle, hence achaar onions are Indian pickled onions. Amchur is an ingredient you can use in making your own achaar. For y'all out there playing with your food, I would encourage y'all to make your own Achaar as a condiment as per your taste. Its a big broad canvas and Indian spices can give you a lotta colors to paint with!

Döner is a turkish food. But the döner most people know is from a turkish migrant in Germany. Its beef or lamb and you are not allowed to put pig meat inside because thats illegal. Then its normal cucumber, tomato, kale, red cabbiage and onions (nothing pickled). For the sauces: in Berlin as the capital of döner that we know there is garlic-sauce ( not tzatziki. thats a sin) herb-sauce and hot-sauce. Everything selfmade. I am not a person who comments or even dislikes a video but i just had to downvote this. It‘s just not a Döner or a Döner Kebab.

@@oguzhankaracallik yes and no, its Origin is India, originally known as biryani(funny how it started as a spicy rice dish) the Persians changed it by adding raita sauce(this is where the yogurt and cucumber comes in). Then when it reached Greece(during this time under ottoman rule) they experimented a lot with it and Tzatziki was the result, not much of its original Indian roots was left. and pita? No, Pita was invented way back during the Fertile Crescent, meaning long before the Arabic invasion. so basically a long dead culture invented it.

This character screams so much "Indian" but the name is so Japanese... I was having existential crisis! Even his backstory background was a slum, every much like the famous Slums of Mumbai. Also the ost played during his part was Indian!

Altho i appreciate the effort of making everything by hand and the single parts looked really good, as a german who loves Döner to death, the way you assembled this was horrifying. Still, i imagine it tasted really good and the video was really entertaining, so ill let it pass. Hope you enjoyed making it :)

There is a bread seems like the one on the video in Turkey too and we call it "bazlama" .I think probably it will goes well with the bazlama too because actually the köfte and döner are also one of the best Turkish foods .They are not belongs to Greece .Also the word "yogurt" came from Turkish .You can search in google too .
