I wish LEGO can bring back "Castle/Kingdom" again, but instead of being a lot of knights vs something. I would like to see a Lego Medieval Town. Sets examples: 1. Castle, 2. Blacksmith, 3. Tavern/Inn, 4. Tailor Shop, 5. Town Center with Street Markers, tree and well, Stables. 6. Fishing Docks with a big and small Boat. 7. Windmill with Crops. villagers. 8. Farming Barn Animals. villagers. 9. A Bank or TAX collector with a Robin hood. 10. Bandit camp. 11. Cottage Home. (I bet alot of people would by to make a big village or town.) 12. Small bridge with a watch tower. 13. A Dragon Cave with treasure and Skelton. 14. Wizard Tower or Shop. 15. Barber shop. 16. A adventure Guild.

Building MOC castles seems to be a slipery slope. Once started, you'll always need more pieces to make it larger, more functional and more ornate. My heart says yes but my wallet says no.

First off, let me say that I am personally not into this theme but this is BY FAR........BY FARRRRRR the best lego creation I have ever seen. And his wife is just the coolest for just supporting this man while this came to life.

This is what happens when you get your son at a young age a particular toy without having the ability to look into the future and see where it’s going to go. I can think of a lot worse hobbies. No regrets by me and his mom. Rich has some great vision and organization.

I really like the attention to detail and the piece utilization. for example, at 11:45, you can see a gear piece being used as an intricate window for the cathedral. and I appreciate that all the flags are going in the same direction, indicating wind. all in all, just an astounding build any Lego fan would be jealous of. (myself included)👍

Wow! What an amazing Lego room! It is ALL cool! That MOC is spectacular! I can't even begin to imagine the hours and hours that have been put into that, not to mention the bricks! The collection of sets is amazing! The shields are the wall are super cool! I am even impressed by all of the organization. Thank you to ABC and especially, to Rich, for sharing this with us!

The coolest part of Rich's room would be the spot where the spaceship will land one day.

I think it's very beautiful. Well done! For me personally what bothers me a lot when looking at this is the bare blue lego plates that function as water. I think it would be a huge upgrade to make all the water at the same level as quality as you have under the bridge for example.

7:41 fantasy era castle is my favorite castle era and I love seeing all those sealed that is what I strive to get to.

The castle layout is awesome, but my favorite part is easily the mountain range with the river flowing through, which is just simply astounding. It looks almost real!

could probably use that massive shield piece for a statue of a king/fallen hero that'd be cool

Was awesome to see the one castle I had as a kid on your shelf. One of the last shown. On the molded base. Fond memories. Always wish I would have taken to the castle theme more as a child. Not that I don’t love my city legos.

I have zero interest in the LEGO Castle theme however it is fantastic to listen to somebody with such a vast knowledge about the theme and it's always nice to see a well organised LEGO room ! Good video ;)

Im a big fan of the castle thema. I have every Black Knighs set, 2x. Even the knight 6009 25x for display. 1 series are for display and the others for my kids to play with.

Absolutely love the Fright Knights theme even though the sets were terrible. I managed to snag a Monster Fighter Vampyre's Castle, and I've since made it their base of operations. It fits the theme perfectly!
