True story….

Thank you! I absolutely loved Carlsbad growing up. My mom, siblings, and I would walk to Buena Vista elementary everyday. I went to the boys and girls club and they would field trips to the beach, Legoland, and other places throughout the area. Their library is my favorite as well we used to go for tutoring most days. If my parents could have continued to afford Carlsbad we most definitely would have stayed there long term. You're 2.5 year old would love it and it's good area for every stage of life (teenage, young adult) It's changed a lot since I was a kid and I probably will do a more in depth video. I can go on and on so let me know if you ever would like more info!!

It seems to be getting more and more expensive EVERYWHERE these days, we currently own a house right outside of downtown Denver and it's fine but we really miss living in southern California and want to give our son a life we wish we had growing up. It sounds like Carlsbad is a really nice place for that, so we'll look into it more and see if we can make it happen. Would love to see a more in depth video about Carlsbad if you end up doing one.

It really depends on what you are looking for in terms of lifestyle and housing. However, I would never tell anyone not to move to San Diego. Cost of living has jumped up, but there are so many opportunities to make money here. It just depends on what your work & experience is. Keep the dream alive!

If you don’t have enough income to rent, stay where you are, we have enough homeless already!
