Everyone is welcomed, you can find plenty of solo female vloggers who have been to Pakistan. You always have to be careful as a solo female in any country though I assume.

Karachi is food hub because Karachi people are migrants who introduce food of today India and it's Hub or you can say mini Pakistan where people from all parts of country live introduce their food now Karachi food range is bigger then any part of Pakistan plus due to migrants who love to eat masala makes more tasty food then whole Pakistan. That's the reason Karachi resident doesn't like food of other part of Pakistan those food for them like hospital food.

@@TheJourneyofJosh I enjoyed every bits of it. Learned similarities with some foods in other cultures just like that cheak peas which is similar with Dal that I have tried in Saudi Arabia. And I have learned that Cheak peas are whole chana commonly known as garbanzo beans. When these beans are split and husks you get the chana dal. So basically chana dal is considered lentil and cheak peas as the legumes. The nutritional benefits are equal in both forms. Lassi is quite similar to Taho in the Philippines and that crispy bread-like you have tried is similar to chicharon. 😅

I loved all the alleyways it reminded me of Seville which was occupied by the Muslim before hence it’s called Albaicin. I love there for a while during my studies. So those alleyways really resembled the narrow streets and building structures. So beautiful this area where you’ve been. The man who is touring you is very kind to show you around!

​@@loreleihopkinsartto both of you sister and brother in humanity, i from pakistan would like to inform you that we had elections on 8 feb 2024 on that day our mobile signals were turned off however we have a cable internet system in pakistan which was working perfectly fine, the reason to turn off the mobile signals was a remote control device or any device which uses mobile signals can tigger bombs which is tell people that we (goverment)blocked signals for security purpose which make a little sense as a 3rd world country but the truth is that without mobiles working rigging the elections was easy 😂😅😂😂 no bomb blast no suicide attack but the goals were approached how ever my beloved LAND PAKISTAN had a bad image everything is fine here just controlled by some puppets rest is all good you can ask josh

Please stay yourself (friendly and humble) I stopped watching most other travel vloggers cuz they whine and b*tch alot and "suspect a scam" while they got it at the fraction of A price. Alot of vloggers begin humble but at around 200k subscribers they get stuck up and act all high and mighty. I seen multiple in Pakistan getting a bargain like an hourlong drive for 200 rupees and vlogging agressively in the camera they "suspect a scam" while they got it for free 🤦🏻‍♂️ And appriciate you walking a bit away from kayyywild cuz it is very distracting when he (almost) yells and vlogs next to you. Most are not from that over the top attitude and beeing loud. Love the longer the videos are the better Save and happy travels Josh

I think he is half right with his facts and half wrong haha, it was good enough to make me interested 😜 You are correct that Mughals were not Mongolians but the word Murghal does derive from a mispronunciation of the word Mongol 😊 Delhi gate was definitely not originally built by the British though.. a quick google search confirms it was indeed built by Mughal Emperor Akbar in the 1600s. The structure of the gate was changed during the British rule in subcontinent. The city gates were pulled down by the British in 1800s and a circular road and a garden were added which we still see today. Later in early 1900s, the gates were rebuilt in the colonial architecture style mixed with Mughal architecture. So this is now a different gate from what Akbar had built. I definitely need to tick off and try all of the breads! 😍 Hope you enjoyed the video 😊

Hahahah yeah that I have seen with Adeel, but he is better in communicating and has local connections, and has lived in the area so have some good insights too. Will check up on the Delhi gate with some architectural historians maybe it is by Akbar and modified over time. Love the video. I have been following the majority of travel vloggers that come to Pakistan since mark wiens came, love all the reactions and their perspective of the country as I feel we take everything that we got for granted and dont care about it. Majority here fantasizes about the west but don't realize the beauty of what they have themselves. I am glad they get to see it through your videos and others like you. Yeah please do try those breads, they serve different purposes, and goes with certain foods. You should try sajji and tawwa chicken, payee as well if you want authentic Lahore based food. You have tried channa naan already so that's off the list and halwa Puri as well. Since these were shot in summers, I am assuming you've already left Pakistan, or at least not in Lahore anymore. If you visit again, do hit me up, I'd love to suggest some non touristy historic sites, some hidden gems that I discovered while documenting and presenting some historic architectural sites of the city almost 10 years back, we documented almost 100-150 different structures, and I am sure there are plenty more. Overall, loving the vlogs. Loved the previous one two with kayyywilds reactions, that was hilarious. P.S. that knife thing you saw, is practiced by a certain sect of Muslims, and not all. Hence you might not have heard of it.
