Those kids will remember that moment forever. I remember a stranger buying me a pack of Pokémon cards once. I was watching him open them, he wasn't much older than me at the time but old enough to have a job. He bought me a pack, I pulled a shiny Scyther and gave it to him for his shiny Haunter which he'd just packed and was one of my fave pokemon back then. Random kindness like that will echo into the future and they will make some random kid smile one day too.

For me, I have 2 local Walmarts but they are almost always empty, but whenever they do have anything in stock, I’m always pulling the top 5 cards of any set which is crazy to me .

Huge respect to you rev for doing that for those kids. I’ve done something sorta similar. I saw a little kid hanging out in the Pokémon section and I believe he was trying to steal some packs from an etb cuz he seemed super shady and obvious with it in his hand looking around. I told him don’t do it. And I bought him a single brilliant stars blister pack. He seemed genuinely happy. So that made my day :)
