Red cutting board is for raw red meat. There is no cross contamination with already prepared food. I’m the Chef for Gather55 in Hartford, CT and we got a 97 on our last health inspection. You can look it up.

Depends if you care about colors. Most kitchens don't use colored boards, it's mostly for places where the cooks don't have a clue what they are doing. Same thing with gloves.
