🔹 Bench Press (or Dumbbell Press): 3 sets of 10 reps
🔹 Dumbbell Bent Over Rows: 3 sets of 10 reps
Superset 2:
🔹Single Arm Landmine Press: 4 sets of 6 on each arm
🔹Bird Dog Rows: 4 sets of 10 on each arm
🔹Pull-Ups: 3 sets of 6-10
Core workout:
🔹 PallOf Press: 2x12
🔹 V Sit-Ups: 2x25
Cardio workout:
