SHAFT SEAL as false air reason is FAKE INFO, it is indeed rarely the seal ( sry guys ;) ) 8 other potential reasons first. let me explain you why. for a LONG time on my mind, this very important guide, as its a) a widely spread problem & b) good proper tips how to fast solve it are rare/ not existing. the fast shot: shaft seal is the reason is mostly WRONG! yes indeed. it rarely is. if using a good seal and applying it correctly it never dies. a lot of other parts do go bad before that.
THATs why its time for a proper step by step false air problem solve guide.
part 1: at an engine on a table 2:13
part 2: engine still in a frame 15:42 (different order at the beginning 1&2 is switched, planned it the other way round but i think this way it works better for you)
the potential reasons are in the order you should step by step check it. solving a problem, best thing is fault exclusion: ensure step by step that this potential reason is NOT the case. at a certain point you got the real cause. (rarely it comes alone...)

always sandpaper everything & use sealing mass
doesnt matter which one, as long as it can stand 300°
6) leaky cyl foot: 9:08 /
7) loose port epoxy 11:12 /
8+9) stator & crwnk seal: 12:12 /

Surface plates or even glass plates are a great thing to have when sanding 2 stroke mating surfaces.

not needed if the pattern of the surface is fine and an edge rounding would be needed afterwards anyways Only big half can be easily done, small half not Its onlt needed for these bad cases later than 2001 kzfaq.info/get/bejne/mK6EqMJyvKuamKM.html

Interesting Mista!! Thanks a lot for share your knowledge and experiences.😎👍 My Vespa engine it's not sucking air, but its blowing out air and oil through the little hole that it's right on the clutch cap. What do you think about it???

@@FreakMoPed8 I did by myself the complete readjustment one year ago. but I have a doubt about tha crankshaft seal. because i didn't pay attention at the install it moment.😓 I think, that i instaled it wrongly. so, until now I have not open the engine yet again. but i have to checking the engine oil level constantly..😪

Sir Dear when i hold the clutch i get sound from the engine is that a baring or clutch plates or pressure plate or clutch box fault

no. False air is too lean, blowback is too rich. But gearbox oilsucker causes blowback
